The use of GS1 Complete creates the prerequisite for the use of the electronically supported business processing CashEDI with the Deutsche Bundesbank. Electronic messages are used to notify CashEDI of deposits or transmit cash orders. This makes the cash cycle more transparent and efficient for all participating institutions and service providers. The internal administrative workload and the associated costs are reduced and there is no need to submit deposit slips. At the same time, security is increased, as the transmission of information separately from the transport of funds reduces the risk of manipulation.

We charge a one-off provision fee for the use of the GS1 Complete service package. The amount depends on the GTIN numbering capacity of the requested GS1 base number GCP (Global Company Prefix).

In addition, a recurring annual usage fee is charged for central banks and commercial banks at the beginning of each financial year according to a scale based on the number of branches.

"Branch" within the meaning of the price list is the total number of all branches of a commercial bank.
The full usage fee is payable in the first year of participation, regardless of when the contract is concluded.
